Sat Nam Dear Yogis and Friends,
Yes, it is happening this weekend – we will be celebrating our 12th Anniversary of Sat Nam Yoga Center.
On Saturday, April 14th, starting at 4pm 2.5h Chanting Long EK ONG KAUR to heal ourselves and our world.
We be chanting in five 30min sessions.
If you would like to lead one 30 min session by sitting on a teacher’s platform and holding the space, please let know.
It is a very powerful experience.
You do not have to chant or sing or speak. Just sit in a meditative posture.
After short Shake&Dance we are going to have vegetarian Dinner catered by Sweet Basil – around 6:30pm
RSVP please so we have enough Sweet Basil food for you!
This Event is Open to the Community, to everyone, no prior experience necessary and it’s by Donations from your Heart.
On Sunday, April 15th is the Super Sunday starting at 11:15am with the Gong Meditation Bath with Marc followed by 1h Kundalini Yoga- Bliss of Pranayam with Gitanjali (Marilyn) and followed by Pot Luck Lunch around 1:15 or 1:30pm.
I am cooking and making a couple of salads.
Please a vegetarian dish to share or a fruit plate or a salad….

Save the Date! Friday, December 29th through Monday, January 1st, Sat Nam will offer a special New Years event and retreat. Please stay tuned for more information.
This Event is co-hosted with Haven for Humanity. This is our 9th Annual Wellness Event here at Sat Nam Yoga Center. The day is filled with great demos of rain-drop massage, essential oils, flotation chamber….etc. There will be plenty of snacks and food (you are invited to bring something vegetarian for the Pot Luck Lunch). We have great presenters and educators. It is all about information exchange, community building, learning about Holiday gifts that are thoughtful and bring wellness….in a word – a lot of FUN.
