The day’s program includes:
- 11:15am Gong Meditation
- 12:15pm Yoga Class
- 1:15pm Healthy Vegetarian Lunch
- Teacher Training Question and Answer Session: Participants will have a chance to learn more about the program, plus tour the property and meet their fellow prospective students and future instructors.
