Welcome from our founder

Sat Nam, I’m Gitanjali.

I’ve been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 30 years, and what continues to inspire me is witnessing people reconnect with themselves through practice.

If you’re new here, I want to personally welcome you. There is no need to arrive in any particular way—just come as you are.

If you have questions about getting started, I’m here to help you feel comfortable taking your first step.

We offer most classes both in-person in the Catskills and online so you can join in the way that best supports your life.

I look forward to welcoming you.
Sat Nam.
