Join us for the 2020 Teacher Training Open House
In preparation for the 2020 Teacher Training here at Sat Nam Yoga, we will hold an Open House Event on Zoom on Wednesday, Sept 2nd at 7:30 to 8:30pm . We will hold it on Zoom so that everyone can attend from the safety of their home. The Open House will include an update about the most recent KY events, personal check-in, a short group meditation as well as Q & A session.

This will be the last Open House, before the Training begins on Sept 19th. It is a FREE event. There is no expectation to commit to join the teacher training. It’s the perfect event for anyone who loves Kundalini Yoga and is curious about how to take their practice deeper or become a teacher. All questions are welcome and the session is open to all levels of yoga practitioners.
This will be a great opportunity to meet fellow like-minded friends, to talk and to learn more details about the Teacher Training and the Sat Nam studio. Feel free to think of what questions you’d like answered during our Q & A session to get the most out of the experience. We will keep the meeting brief and to the point, since we understand that many of us are dealing with Zoom and Skype burnout.
