New Yoga@Home Online Classes

Since we are all encouraged to stay home to ensure everyone’s safety, Gitanjali is jumping online to bring her Kundalini Yoga classes to you via zoom. It’s the perfect way to keep your mind calm and your body strong – for ourselves, and to help those around us too. We are all in this together, so practicing yoga at this time is really a form of community service.

All levels of students are welcome, even if you’ve never done one yoga class in your life! Classes involve gentle stretches, cardiovascular exercises, breathing pranayama, meditation and relaxation components. The experience is meant to leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.

SUPER SUNDAY Self Healing Program

Sundays 11:00am-12:30pm via Zoom

Join us for Super Sunday, a program designed to help us to heal, to find peace, deeply relax, to find our center. Super Sunday is YOUR TIME for YOU to discover that you don’t have to be a victim of stresses and challenges, and mental overload or burnout. This Program is to help you find your way to be graciously flowing with ease through your daily life. All levels of students are welcome, even if you’ve never done one yoga class in your life!

  • Bliss of Pranayam Kundalini Yoga Class: 11am-12:30pm: This yoga class includes conscious breathing exercises, moving our body also simple meditation and relaxation. As a result of deep breathing and movement, our focus increases, as does lung capacity. A healing gong meditation may follow.

Tuesdays  5:30pm-7:00pm via Zoom

Enjoy online interactive Kundalini Yoga classes with fellow community members via zoom. Classes include all level yoga exercises, pranayam breathing, meditation and relaxation. Friday Yoga@Home via Zoom

Fridays  5:30pm-7:00pm via Zoom

The perfect way to erase the week, this Friday evening class combines Kundalini Yoga exercises, pranayam breathing, meditation and end of the week relaxation. All levels of students are welcome, even if you’ve never done one yoga class in your life! Classes are offered on Zoom allowing for student and teacher interaction.
